Branded PDFs across the board. Invoices, self-bills and remittance advice now use a single consistent, professional template — no more overlapping text or dropped characters on longer documents.
Contract charge rates are captured properly. A gap meant some contracts created through the UI had no client charge rate recorded, which blocked invoicing. Fixed, with a check that now catches the same class of bug before it reaches production.
Free Xero connection slots. Disconnecting a client's Xero connection now releases its slot immediately, so you can connect a different client without waiting.
Self-billing agreement links now work. Contractors can open and accept their self-billing agreement from the emailed link — this was silently broken for anyone following the link directly.
Team invites fixed. Inviting a colleague to your agency's workspace now works reliably.

Contractor magic-link sign-in hardened against link scanners that pre-fetch a URL before a human clicks it, which could otherwise burn a single-use sign-in link.
Trial countdown banner in the dashboard shows how many days are left on your 14-day trial, and automated reminder emails go out on day 10 and day 13 — no card is ever collected during the trial.
Demo rooms: a personalised, invite-only walkthrough link for prospects evaluating Templio.
Custom domain billing: the optional £15/month custom-domain add-on is now billed automatically once your domain verifies.
Mobile and PWA polish: every form across the product now uses a consistent, accessible field layout, with a proper date picker and working breadcrumbs on mobile.

Removed a third-party antivirus scanner from document uploads. It sent every uploaded document — including right-to-work evidence — to a US-based scanning service. We judged that transfer a bigger risk than the one it defended against, so it's gone; see Security & Trust for what protects an upload now.
Brand refresh: new ink-and-lime visual identity, a redesigned logo mark, and updated colours across the product for better contrast.
Cookie consent overhaul: a clearer cookie banner, with analytics only loading after you say yes.

UK data residency review: application compute now runs in London (it had been running in Washington, D.C. since launch — every database query was crossing the Atlantic and back). Fixed the same day it was found.
