1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how VectisFlow Limited (trading as Templio) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use our platform at templio.co.uk and associated subdomains.

We have designed our cookie use to be minimal. We use only strictly necessary cookies required for the platform to function, and — with your consent — privacy-first analytics that do not track you across other websites or share your data with advertising networks.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies allow the website to recognise your device on subsequent visits and to remember information such as your login state.

Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and browser-level flags. Where we use such technologies, we treat them the same as cookies for the purposes of this policy.

3. Cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality such as sign-in and security.

3.2 Functional

We do not currently use functional cookies (cookies that remember preferences beyond the core session). If this changes, we will update this policy before we start using them.

3.3 Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

With your consent, we count visits to our marketing website with Vercel Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visits are counted from a hash of the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so the statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you. It does not track you across other websites and shares nothing with advertising platforms. It never runs inside the Templio app.

The analytics script loads only after you accept analytics in our cookie banner. If you reject analytics, or make no choice, it does not load.

4. Third-party cookies

The third-party cookies listed in section 3.1 come from:

• Clerk, our sign-in provider for agency staff, and Cloudflare, which protects Clerk's sign-in service from bots and abuse.
• Cal.com, our demo booking calendar, and Cloudflare on its behalf. Cal.com loads only when you choose to book a demo.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or social media cookies. Where a provider is outside the UK, the transfer safeguards are set out in our Data Processing Addendum.

5. Managing your choices

You can control cookies in three ways:

1. Our cookie banner. When you first visit, a banner offers Accept all, Reject all and Settings, with Accept all and Reject all given equal prominence. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or the button below. Withdrawal takes effect immediately. We ask again after 12 months.

2. Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop you signing in to the platform.

3. Browser privacy signals. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track (DNT) signal, we do not load analytics, whatever your choice in the banner. These signals do not affect strictly necessary cookies.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when we introduce new technologies or when our cookie use changes. The version number and date at the top of this page will reflect the current revision. We will not deploy new cookies without first updating this policy.
