Yes. £49 a month is a minimum, not an entry requirement. With one, two or three contractors you pay £49 and get the whole product from day one.

Your £49 base covers the first 5 active contractors. Each one after that is billed at the rate for its band, per month: 6–20: £4, 21–50: £3, 51–150: £2.50, 151+: £2. At 30 contractors that comes to £139 a month. The lower rates apply automatically; there is nothing to negotiate.

Anyone who submits at least one timesheet in the billing month. Drafts don't count. A submitted timesheet does, including one the client later rejects. Contractors on holiday, between placements or archived cost nothing that month.

No. There is one plan and every agency gets all of it: the phone app, approvals, overtime, client invoices and self-bills, Xero sync, factoring exports, compliance documents and umbrella packs. The only extra is an optional custom domain at £15 a month.

After 14 days without a subscription your workspace turns read-only. You can still see every timesheet and invoice, but nothing new is submitted or approved until you subscribe. No card is taken during the trial.

Yes. Your contractors, clients and invoices belong to your agency's workspace and are never shown to another agency. Your database and uploaded files are stored in London; sign-in and background jobs run on sub-processors listed in our DPA. The audit trail is kept for six years.

No, and it shouldn't. Keep your CRM for candidates and client relationships. Templio takes over once someone is placed: timesheets, invoices, payroll exports and compliance. You can import your active book from a CSV export of Bullhorn, InTime, JobAdder or Vincere.

Three things. The price is published on this page, so there is no sales call to find out what it costs. You set it up yourself, with no setup fee and no annual contract. And timesheets, invoicing and compliance live in one product, so you're not paying for and reconciling three.

They never have to. Hiring managers approve hours from a secure link in their email. No account, no password reset, no training.

When a timesheet is approved, Templio raises both: the client invoice at your charge rate and the contractor's self-bill at their pay rate. Self-bills are only raised for contractors who have accepted a self-billing agreement, as HMRC VAT Notice 700/62 requires. With Xero connected, both go across as drafts with the PO number attached.

Yes. Margin is worked out per contract from the pay and charge rates and rated red, amber or green. Only admins can see it; it never reaches contractor or client screens.

The sign-up wizard takes a few minutes: name your workspace, choose its web address, set your invoicing details, then invite contractors or import them from a CSV. A custom domain usually verifies within minutes of your DNS record going live.

£15 a month on top of your plan, charged from the day the domain is verified. Point a subdomain such as timesheets.youragency.co.uk at Templio and your contractors see your address, not ours. Without it you get a free templio.co.uk address.
