How invoicing works

Both raised from one approved timesheet. Self-bills follow HMRC VAT Notice 700/62, with a self-billing agreement accepted by each contractor.

Connect Xero once. Invoices arrive as drafts with VAT and PO numbers, and payment status flows back when the client pays. Not on Xero? Export to Sage, QuickBooks or CSV.

Factoring and discounting files

Invoice schedules as CSV in Sonovate's format, or a standard layout for Bibby, Close Brothers and other lenders.

Consolidated invoices and credits
