What happens when a contractor reaches AWR week 12?

Templio counts qualifying weeks per worker, hirer and role, including across separate contracts, and emails a warning at week 10. At week 12 it records the milestone and holds invoicing for that assignment until an admin records the pay-parity review. Breaks of more than six weeks are flagged for you to decide on; the count is never reset automatically.

Does Templio decide IR35 status?

No. The client decides status and issues the Status Determination Statement. Templio records it on the contract as inside, outside or small-company exempt, and won't let an inside-IR35 contract go live until the SDS is uploaded with the date it was received and who issued it.

Does Templio file anything with HMRC or NEST?

No. It produces the files: a quarterly CSV for the employment intermediaries report (s.843ZA), and a contribution CSV ready for NEST or your payroll bureau. Submitting them stays with you.

Where is our compliance data kept?

Your database and uploaded files are stored in London, and each agency's data is kept apart from every other. Every change is written to an append-only audit log kept for six years.
