Billing, trial and subscription

Templio is one plan, priced by how many contractors are active in a billing period, plus one optional add-on.

The trial

New workspaces get a 14-day free trial — no card required. During the trial you can use everything: add clients, contracts and contractors, submit and approve timesheets, raise invoices. When the trial ends without a subscription, your workspace becomes read-only — you can still see every timesheet and invoice, but submitting or approving new ones needs a subscription.

Pricing

• £49/month base, covering your first 5 active contractors
• Beyond 5, the per-contractor rate steps down as you grow (from £4.00 down to £2.00 a head) — see the pricing page for the full band table
• An active contractor is one with at least one non-draft timesheet (submitted, approved or rejected) in the billing period
• Optional custom domain add-on: £15/month, for a branded subdomain like timesheets.youragency.co.uk
• Billed monthly, no annual contract — cancel any month

VectisFlow (the company behind Templio) is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to these prices.

Subscribing and managing billing

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing. If you haven't subscribed yet, select Activate Subscription — £49/mo Base. Once active, the same page shows your subscription status, current active-contractor count and graduated pricing breakdown, and an Open Stripe Customer Portal button — use it to change your card, update your billing email, or cancel.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal, or by emailing support (see Contact support). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle; fees for that cycle remain payable.
