How contractors submit timesheets
Contractors sign in with their magic link (see Inviting contractors) and land on Pick a contract — a list of their active contracts.
Submitting a week
Tapping a contract opens that week's hours grid: one row per day, with overtime automatically flagged once the standard weekly hours for the contract are exceeded. After entering hours, Submit week sends the timesheet for approval and shows a confirmation screen naming the approver and the total hours submitted.
The timesheet portal works offline — hours entered without a connection are queued and sent automatically once the contractor is back online.
History and resubmitting
History lists a contractor's past weeks and their status (submitted, approved, rejected). A rejected timesheet always shows the reason the approver gave. From there, Edit & resubmit reopens that week for editing and puts it back in the approval queue.
Documents
Documents is where a contractor uploads compliance paperwork (right to work, insurance certificates, and so on) that your agency has requested — see Compliance documents, IR35 and AWR.
What happens next
Once submitted, the assigned approver is emailed a sign-off link — see Approving and rejecting timesheets.
